# Phoenix Collective > The more we automate, the more visible human intent must become. Intelligence should increase sovereignty, not diminish it. This file points at the public story on the homepage. There is no checkout and no signup here. ## Story - [Home](/): The public page. Governance, where the work lands, what is live, and what is public. - [Home, constitution](/#constitution): The rules the system is built to enforce. - [Home, how it works](/#how-it-works): Gate, packets, and where allowed work lands. - [Story markdown](/philosophy.md): The same story in a short markdown file. ## How it works Where the work lands is with the business, organization, or individual the operator supports. Workers are frontier models and tools. They enter at Gate Kit and do not rewrite Governance. Permissionless surfaces are CLI, MCP, API, and plugins. Governance is SIOS (Sovereign Intelligence Operating System) and Continuity, the record of locks and decisions. Gate Kit allows an action, denies it, or asks a person. Ops packets carry intent, bounds, and a receipt. Businesses we serve are small businesses, organizations, or individuals — Collective members, or anyone an operator supports. Local AI operators are people and teams running agents under Phoenix Gate. An operator can also be a business we serve. Allowed work lands with a business, organization, or individual — the people the operator is supporting. That can be a Collective member business, or any business an operator serves through open Phoenix Gate. SIG (Sovereign Intelligence Graph), the brand graph, stays with that business. Many businesses mean many graphs on the same governance. Operators and businesses can be the same person. In the works: more local operators supporting businesses on the ground, and quieter links between those operations. These are not finished products. ## What is live 1. Small-business FDE for Collective members: Google Business Profile and Maps listing optimization, content support, custom websites, dashboards, and workflows under the same governance. 2. SlipVault: paper, receipts, and records OCR with intelligence for dual conversion to csv/accounting, and sovereign .md biz graphs data for agentic insights. 3. Phoenix Gate: open on GitHub for named locks, human last-yes, and receipts. This is the operator face. ## What is public - The governance pattern and shared vision. Not public: Collective member businesses' private work and records. - The shape of a receipt. Not public: the underlying case rows. - Phoenix Gate, and other open-source extensions and components on the way. Not public: member business internals. ## Notes - Named locks are rules for actions that would transfer ownership, expose core assets, or cannot be undone. - Field doors: Google Maps and small-business FDE (listing fix and local outreach; custom websites, content support, and dashboards are separate forward deployed engineering when asked), SlipVault, and Phoenix Gate. Local node extensions are coming soon. - There is no signup on this page. - Gate source: https://github.com/PhoenixClaw01/phoenix-gate
